Printed Circuit (PC) Mount Class 2 Transformers

Foster offers a standard line of printed circuit board mountable Inherently Limited Class 2 transformers in ratings from 5 VA to 20 VA.

Due to their small size, these transformers are well suited for direct mounting to a printed circuit board. Optional pin configurations and footprints are available.If additional power is required for your application, we recommend using one of our Low Voltage Class 2, SURVIVOR™, or SURVIVOR CT™ transformers in conjunction with a pin and socket type connector that can be mated to a matching connector on the printed circuit board.Designed for use in Appliances, Vending Machines, HVAC Equipment, Test Equipment, Door Openers, Industrial and Motor Controls or any application where a board mounted Class 2 Control Transformer is an advantage.
